Mindset + Mastery provides trauma-informed coaching and chronic illness coaching programmes for professional women. Our services include:
Full details of each service, including duration, format, and investment levels, are set out on our website at mindsetplusmastery.com and in any programme-specific information provided to you prior to booking.
Mindset + Mastery provides coaching services. Coaching is a forward-focused, goal-oriented discipline distinct from therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or clinical mental health treatment.
Our services are designed for women who have completed or are not currently in acute clinical care. We do not provide crisis support, clinical intervention, or treatment for mental health conditions.
If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, are in active trauma treatment, or require clinical support, we ask that you speak with your GP or a qualified mental health professional before engaging with our programmes. By booking with us, you confirm that you are not in acute clinical crisis at the time of booking.
Nothing in our coaching sessions, materials, or communications constitutes medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice.
A binding agreement between you and Mindset + Mastery is formed when you submit a booking or payment (in full or by deposit) and we confirm your place in writing (by email or through our booking system).
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.
For group coaching programmes, places are strictly limited. Confirmation of your place is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Programme fees are as set out on our website or in any written proposal provided to you. All fees are stated inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
Some programmes offer the option of full payment at the time of booking. Where you choose this option, the full programme fee is due immediately upon booking.
Where an instalment plan is available for a programme, the schedule of payments will be set out in your booking confirmation. Instalment payments are due on the dates specified. Failure to make a scheduled instalment payment may result in suspension of access to programme materials and sessions until the outstanding balance is cleared.
We reserve the right to pursue outstanding balances through appropriate legal channels where payment is not received. All payments are processed securely through our booking and payment systems. We do not store payment card details.
Due to the nature of our group coaching programmes and the strictly limited number of spaces available (maximum 10 women per cohort), all payments for group coaching programmes are final and non-refundable once made.
If your circumstances change and you are unable to participate in your scheduled cohort, you may request a transfer of your place to the next available intake, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made in writing to [email protected] at least 14 days before the cohort start date. No refunds will be issued in lieu of a transfer.
For one to one coaching programmes, a 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of booking, provided no sessions have taken place and no digital materials have been accessed. Refund requests within this period must be submitted in writing. Where sessions have commenced or materials accessed, the pro-rata value of services delivered will be deducted from any refund.
Due to the digital nature of self-guided programmes and immediate access upon purchase, no refunds are available once access to programme materials has been granted.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule a VIP Intensive session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full. Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled once without charge.
Nothing in this cancellation policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
For one to one coaching sessions, you may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a session, or failure to attend without notice, will count as a session used from your programme allocation.
We understand that chronic illness and life's unpredictability can affect attendance. Where you are unable to attend a session due to a health-related reason, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling in these circumstances.
For group coaching sessions, we are unable to offer individual session replays or replacements where a participant misses a group session. Recordings may be made available at our discretion.
All coaching conversations are held in confidence. We will not share the content of your sessions with any third party without your consent, except where we are required to do so by law or where there is a safeguarding concern involving risk of harm to you or others.
In group coaching settings, all participants are required to maintain the confidentiality of other group members. What is shared in the group stays in the group. By participating in a group programme, you agree to uphold this commitment.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be published on our website. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
