Mindset + Mastery delivers trauma-informed speaking and workshops on trauma, chronic illness, resilience and recovery for organisations, services and communities.
Victoria Taylor and Stephanie Brown are available to speak to organisations, women’s networks, conferences, leadership programmes and safeguarding spaces across the UK and internationally. Victoria speaks on the trauma side of the Triumph® Framework®. Stephanie speaks on the chronic illness side. Together they cover the full breadth of what the framework addresses.
Victoria and Stephanie do not speak from the outside of the experiences they address. They built the Triumph® Framework® from the inside of their own recoveries and have spent a combined 30 years working with women navigating exactly what they speak about.
Victoria speaks on what it actually takes to move from surviving to building. Not the theory of trauma recovery. The lived reality of it, and what the Triumph® Framework® gives women that nothing else has given them.
Credentials:
NLP Practitioner · CPD Accredited · APT Trauma Informed Practitioner · Diploma in Safeguarding

Stephanie speaks on what it looks like to be professionally ambitious and chronically unwell at the same time, and how the Triumph® Framework® gives women the language, the tools and the permission to stop choosing between the two.

Enquire About This Talk →Every talk is built around a specific pillar or theme within the Triumph® Framework®. Each can be delivered as a standalone keynote, a workshop, or as part of a series.
The talk that addresses why women who have survived significant adversity stop trusting their own judgement and what the path back looks like. Practical, grounded, and built for women who are tired of being told to just believe in themselves.
The talk that reframes productivity for women whose bodies do not operate on a standard energy model. What sustainable ambition actually looks like when your capacity is unpredictable.
For rooms full of women who know their patterns, understand their history, and are still operating from a place of smallness. The talk that moves the conversation from awareness to agency.
Designed for HR directors, L&D leads and managers. What high-functioning women with chronic illness are navigating at work that nobody in the room knows about, and what would actually help them.
The talk that gives women a framework for understanding the difference between the identity survival built and the identity that was always there underneath it. One of the most requested talks for women’s networks and leadership programmes.
For women who have spent years pre-apologising for their needs. This talk gives audiences the language and the permission to ask directly — at work, at home, and in healthcare settings.
The talk for women who know they need boundaries but find themselves explaining, justifying, and softening every limit they try to set. Built for professional environments where boundary-setting is still treated as aggression.
For women who have been living inside a diagnosis for long enough that they have started to become it. This talk separates the woman from the condition and rebuilds the sense of a future that belongs to her, not to her health.
Designed for safeguarding professionals, HR teams and managers. What trauma actually looks like in high-performing women, why it is so consistently missed, and what trauma-informed management genuinely requires.
The closing talk. The one that leaves a room full of women understanding that ambition is not incompatible with illness. That their aspirations do not have to be the first thing they give up when their health becomes difficult.
Every engagement is tailored to your audience, your timeframe, and your brief. The same depth. The same rigour. Adapted for the room.
45 to 60 minutes. One talk. One speaker. Designed to open or close a conference, summit or annual event with impact.
90 minutes to half day. Interactive, structured, and designed to move an audience beyond listening into applying.
Deep immersion in one or both specialist areas. For leadership retreats, L&D days and annual offsites that want real transformation, not just inspiration.
Available online via secure video conferencing and in person across the UK and internationally. Same depth, same delivery, either format.
Victoria and Stephanie are brought in by organisations and event organisers who want specialist expertise, not a generic wellbeing speaker. They are the right fit when the audience includes women who are navigating something significant.
HR directors, L&D leads and people teams who want to address trauma and chronic illness in the workplace properly. Not a tick-box wellbeing session. A talk that changes how managers see the women in their teams.
Events and networks for professional women who are ready to hear the truth about what has been holding them back and what the path forward actually looks like.
Health and wellbeing summits, safeguarding conferences, coaching and L&D events, women in business summits. Any event where the audience includes women who have survived something significant.
Professionals who work with survivors need to understand what trauma and chronic illness actually look like in high-functioning women. Victoria delivers CPD-relevant sessions for practitioners, case workers, and safeguarding leads.
Stephanie is available to speak to occupational health teams, NHS trusts, and healthcare organisations on chronic illness, identity and sustainable employment for people managing long-term conditions.
Coaching programmes, leadership academies and professional development series who want specialist input from practitioners who are doing the work, not just teaching it.
The Triumph® Framework® is the proprietary seven-pillar system that underpins every coaching programme and every talk that Victoria and Stephanie deliver. When you book a talk, you are getting a speaker whose content has a structured methodology behind it — not an inspiring anecdote and a few takeaways.
