Corporate wellbeing and transformational partnerships supporting people, teams, and organisations across the UK. Built by two specialists who have navigated these conditions themselves.
“If one of your employees was managing a trauma history or a serious chronic illness right now, would their manager know what to do — or would they make it worse?”
The difference is not quality. Both options are built from the same lived experience and specialist knowledge. The difference is depth, duration, and what your organisation needs right now.
Bespoke Corporate Partnership
For organisations where the stakes of getting this wrong are too significant to leave to a self-directed programme.
Video Training Programmes
For smaller organisations, or those taking their first step into specialist training before committing to a full partnership.
Many organisations begin here and move to a bespoke partnership once they see what genuine specialist training produces.
See the Video ProgrammesAnd your people know it. When did you last train your managers specifically on how to support someone managing a chronic illness or a trauma history? For most organisations, the honest answer is never.
“How many people left your organisation in the last twelve months because they felt unsupported? How many of them were managing something you never knew about?”
No other provider in the UK combines lived experience of both conditions, two qualified specialists, and a dual-audience programme covering managers and employees simultaneously.
Dual-Specialist Expertise
Two qualified specialists, one in trauma empowerment, one in chronic illness. Clinically distinct disciplines. Both, in every programme, simultaneously.
Lived Experience Foundation
Victoria has navigated her own trauma history professionally. Stephanie has managed chronic illness for nearly two decades across corporate and entrepreneurial careers. Your employees will know the difference.
Manager and Employee Together
We deliver both simultaneously so the language, frameworks, and expectations align on both sides of every management relationship.
Legally Grounded
Every programme is built around the Equality Act 2010, the duty to make reasonable adjustments, and the specific legal risks organisations face.
Scalable for Any Organisation
The self-contained video format removes every barrier. A business with five employees can deploy this as effectively as one with five hundred.
A Permanent Asset
Purchase once. Deploy to your entire team within your licence. No per-head fees. Available every time you need it for the full term of your licence.
Victoria Taylor
Trauma Specialist & Co-Founder
CPD Accredited Trauma Specialist • APT Accredited Trauma Informed Practitioner • NLP Practitioner
Victoria built this programme from the inside of her own experience. She knows what it is to carry a trauma history into every professional environment, managing the gap between what your nervous system is doing and what the workplace expects you to perform.
“I built this programme from the inside of my own experience. Because that is the only way to build something that actually works for the people who live it.”
Stephanie Brown MSc
Chronic Illness Specialist & Co-Founder
MSc HR Management • NLP Practitioner • MHFA
Stephanie’s MSc in Human Resource Management brings rigorous understanding of organisational dynamics and people strategy, grounded in nearly two decades of navigating chronic illness in professional environments.
“I spent years performing the absence of my condition. This programme exists so that nobody in your organisation has to do the same.”
“What would it be worth to retain three employees this year who would otherwise have left? At a conservative 50 percent of annual salary per head, you already have your business case.”
Each package is a complete, self-contained training programme. Ten videos, two audiences, one organisational licence. Purchase once. Deploy to your entire team.

Every organisation that has gone through a Mindset + Mastery video programme has come out the other side having seen something they did not expect. Not just trained managers and equipped employees, though that is what they paid for. Something more significant than that.
They saw what their organisation was actually capable of when the language existed, when the frameworks were in place, when people felt genuinely safe enough to be honest. And then they came back.
Not because the video programme failed. Because it worked well enough that they wanted to go further. The bespoke partnership is for organisations ready to go further.
See the Bespoke Partnership“Could your organisation demonstrate to an employment tribunal today that it took genuine, proactive steps to support employees with invisible conditions? Good intentions are not a legal defence.”
“For organisations where the legal exposure, the reputational risk, and the cost of losing people who could have been retained are significant enough to warrant a genuine investment.”

Download Free BrochureAccess is granted on the day of purchase. You will receive login credentials and all supporting materials within 24 hours. Most organisations are deploying within the first week.
Each video programme licence covers a set number of users for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your base licence covers 20 users. If your organisation has more than 20 people, you add blocks of 20 users at the additional block price. A team of 45 would purchase three blocks covering 60 users. Licences are sold in blocks of 20 only.
You will be notified when your licence is approaching capacity and again when your 12 month period is due for renewal. If you need additional user blocks mid-licence, these can be purchased at any point. There is no automatic rollover without your agreement.
Yes. Your organisational licence covers your entire organisation within your user allocation, regardless of how many sites or offices you operate from. A national organisation with multiple offices purchases one licence and allocates users across its sites.
The video programme is a complete, self-contained training resource that your organisation owns and deploys independently. The bespoke partnership embeds both specialists in your organisation across six to twelve months, with programme design built specifically for your workforce, culture, and gaps. Many organisations begin with the video programme and move to a bespoke partnership once they have seen what genuine specialist training produces.
No. The programmes are self-contained and self-directed. Your managers and employees watch the videos independently, use the supporting documents at their own pace, and bring their learning into team discussion sessions using the prompts provided.
Yes. The content is grounded in the Equality Act 2010 and current UK employment law and HR best practice, which apply across all sectors. Financial services, healthcare, education, legal, creative industries, and the public sector all carry the same legal obligations.
All video programme licence purchases are final. Given the immediate access to all videos, materials, and supporting resources on purchase, refunds are not offered. Bespoke partnership enquiries carry no commitment whatsoever.
Your employees are already managing this. The question is whether your organisation is ready to meet them where they are.
We respond to all enquiries within two working days.
