How the Licence Works

Each licence covers a set number of users for 12 months from the date of purchase. Additional users are added in blocks of 20. Licences are organisation-wide — purchase once and deploy to your whole team within your user allocation. No per-head fees within your licence. No automatic rollover without your agreement.

Every Question Answered Before You Need to Ask It.

Access is granted on the day of purchase. You will receive login credentials and all supporting materials within 24 hours. Most organisations are deploying within the first week.

Each video programme licence covers a set number of users for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your base licence covers 20 users. If your organisation has more than 20 people, you add blocks of 20 users at the additional block price. A team of 45 would purchase three blocks covering 60 users. Licences are sold in blocks of 20 only.

You will be notified when your licence is approaching capacity and again when your 12 month period is due for renewal. If you need additional user blocks mid-licence, these can be purchased at any point. There is no automatic rollover without your agreement.

Yes. Your organisational licence covers your entire organisation within your user allocation, regardless of how many sites or offices you operate from. A national organisation with multiple offices purchases one licence and allocates users across its sites.

All video programme licence purchases are final. Given the immediate access to all videos, materials, and supporting resources on purchase, refunds are not offered. Bespoke partnership enquiries carry no commitment whatsoever.
